The leatherman Crunch is the only Leatherman with the mole grip function, and can clamp a pipe with a diameter of 1 inch, and if you remove the adjusting screw you will find a built in hex adaptor. The Crunch might not be the best-looking Leatherman but it is definitely one of the most practical. It's still lighter than the Wave, and only has 13 tools compared with 17 but if the clamping function is important for your work then there is no better choice. The serrated 420HC knife is not as good as the Wave or Charge, but for most jobs it will do just fine. |
